Returns & Refunds Policy
As all of our items are personalised and made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of return under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(c)).
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless they are faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@eiren.ie. We will ask you to provide:
- A description of the fault
- Clear photographs of the issue
Once the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a prepaid return label so you can send the item back to us at no cost to you. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will offer you either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement item
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
